Availability & Booking Enquiries
If your accommodation requirements fall into our normal year-round booking pattern – Saturday to Saturday bookings of one, two or three cottages for stays of up to two weeks – please contact us directly using the enquiry form (click on Contact Us).
Those with long-stay requirements are advised to e-mail or (preferably) call us on 07757 566376. We can often manage to arrange longer stays at concessionary rates even during periods when the availability information suggests otherwise. Those wishing to book special holiday periods (i.e. Easter, Christmas and New Year), short break holidays or periods with mid-week starting or ending dates are also advised to contact us directly either by e-mail or via the enquiry form (Contact Us).
Unlike many proprietors of holiday cottages, we don’t insist on full payment in advance. You can secure the cottage(s) and week (or weeks) of your choice with a deposit of £50 per cottage week. Simply select the cottage and dates required from the Booking Calendar attached to each cottage’s individual description page, then fill out and submit the enquiry form (Contact Us). We will respond with an acknowledgement letter and details of preferred payment methods for the required deposit of £50 per cottage week booked. Once the deposit payment is made you will receive an e-mail booking confirmation with travel directions.
Rental Costs
Please check our rates page to see up to date costs of renting our cottages for your chosen period. When submitting an enquiry please let us know the number of adults, number of children and number of pets (also type of pets please). If you have any special requirements, i. e. cots, baby baths, high chairs etc. please mention these also.

Children of all ages are very welcome and useful items such as cots, high chairs and baby baths are available on request. Behaved pets are also accepted. Note that Old Barn Cottages is a non-smoking establishment.
